The Ridge 59 Townhomes are new construction and feature redevelopment of an existing steeply sloped site in the City of Bothell.  The project features three primary unit types, many with private roof decks and all with 3 bedrooms, large living areas and kitchens, and attached garages.  Project will offer Energy Star-rated appliances and other green features. Ridge 59 is under construction and targeted for completion in 2024.
