The Bothell THx2 Townhomes project is a 13-unit townhome project located in the developing downtown subarea. The townhomes feature three and four-bedroom configurations with large open-floor living areas, attached garages with private roof decks, and modern aesthetics and materials both inside and out. The project will feature sustainable design solutions such as on-site rainwater infiltration and high-efficiency water heaters. A corner water feature embellishes the adjacent bus stop waiting area.
