The 26 Dean Townhomes project is a new construction redevelopment of an existing site in the West Bellevue neighborhood of Bellevue, Washington.  The project introduces four approximately 3,760 square-foot single-family residences designed to maximize livability on a more compact middle housing lot.  Each 5-bedroom, 4.25-bath home includes flexible office space, generous living and kitchen areas, private decks and attached garages.  The design balances contemporary architectural expression woven into the existing residential context.
