122nd Street ADU’s

Burien, WA

The 122nd Street ADUs project is Phase 1 of a multi-phase development for an existing single-family residential lot on the east side of Burien, Washington.  The building contains two attached ADUs, each approximately 1,000 sf with a large, covered deck, private backyard, and dedicated parking.  The contemporary design incorporates acoustic mitigation features to reduce environmental noise while maximizing internal livability, and functionality.  Each unit orients toward the mountain views of the Cascades.
