Located near Lake Ballinger, the Andorra is an existing apartment community with several new proposed buildings. Modernized zoning code changes allowed a number of new buildings to be proposed and open spaces re-envisioned to better take advantage of site conditions, proximity to transit, and proximity to nearby parks and Lake Ballinger. The project is currently contemplated as a phased development.
