The Queen Anne Student Housing project is located near Seattle Pacific University and intended to offer an alternative to traditional on-campus student housing. All units are “cluster” style multibedroom residences with individual kitchens in each unit and over 80 residents total on site. Amenities include a common lounge, outdoor recreation courtyard, and an office for on-site management. Parking for both bicycles as well as cars are contained on site. The project is currently in feasibility and expects to break ground in early 2017.
