Located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, the Summit Apartments uses the next generation of micro-housing units to provide more density in one of the most popular areas of the city. The small urban infill site necessitated compact units, a strong focus on resident security, on-site amenities such as a rooftop terrace with views of downtown and the mountains, and ample storage for bicycles and tenant lockers. Despite the micro-housing unit model, all apartments feature in-unit washer/dryers, full kitchens, and private bathrooms. A fulltime concierge is anticipated to provide continuous tenant service.
