This 800 square foot detached accessory dwelling unit was designed to meet the city of Renton’s requirements for accessory dwelling units. Designed in conjunction with a new primary residence, it’s sited in the back of the rear yard to preserve as much of the rear yard open space as possible and contains a floor plan layout tailored to the owners needs and requirements.
