Clyde Hill, WA

The design of this new home was rooted from the beginning in a response to site topography and the restrictive height limit of Clyde Hill. The clients’ desire for living areas bathed in sunlight as well as expansive entertaining spaces led to an open-concept floor plan which focused west towards the territorial views. The home featured a residential elevator, a substantial basement with entertainment and fitness areas, and a secluded master suite on the upper floor.
