Located on Burien’s scenic Maplewild Drive, this home is a three-level prefabricated modular home set on a sloping hillside overlooking a green belt with views out to Puget Sound. The circulation was planned as a split-level entry on the landing between levels to accommodate access on the sloping site. The lower was site built into the hillside to create a daylight basement opening up to a private patio. It consists of a fitness room, bathroom, wine cellar and garage. The main floor above contains open living, dining and kitchen with two recessed covered decks and a secluded den. Bedrooms, laundry and a home office are located on the upper level.
