The construction teams have poured the footings and have erected the temporary shoring walls around the perimeter of the building. Our Capitol Hill Apartment project has been progressing through the wet season. The construction team has been busy with the foundation forms now that shoring has been installed. The reinforcing rebar can be seen protruding from the completed concrete footings. The columns are due to be poured later this week, followed by the perimeter foundation walls. Grouparchitect is working with Rudd Development to build a new 34 unit apartment complex in Capitol Hill near Capitol Hill Family Health Clinic.
