Progress on our Capitol Hill Apartment is coming along. These past few weeks, the concrete level and PT deck have been placed and cured making way to start the framing process. Framing for Level 2 above the PT concrete deck is underway and it is awaiting the joist construction for the Level 3 floor deck.Window studs are being implemented and it is awaiting the joist construction for the next floor system....

The LIV Apartments is almost ready to welcome new occupants this July!  The majority of the remaining project’s amenity spaces and landscaping have been completed, including the planters, pavement designs, roof decks, lounges, and many other features.The accent siding at the gateway entrance has been completed and landscaping is underway.
