The LIV Apartments is an ongoing multi-family project in Bellevue. This month the landscape components are starting to take form. The main plaza has corten steel planters lining the pedestrian path towards the main entry. The exterior shells of the North, South, East and West buildings were completed.  As you can see in the image above, the North Building’s building wrap is being applied against the sheathing.  It will soon look similar to the South Building, shown on the right, with the exterior finishes installed and painted. On a recent office site visit to the ongoing LIV Apartments in Bellevue our team was able to observe all of the various stages of construction the project is currently in. 2015 arrives at the job site of the LIV Apartments in Bellevue as crews work at a fevered pace on both the exterior and interior of phase one, and on the framing of the phase 2 East Building. Plateau 120 Renderings

Plateau 120, our most recent mixed-use project, is nearing submission for UZDP approval with the City of Sammamish.  The project features 92 residential apartment units, over 14,500 square feet of commercial space. Residential parking is contained underground for 100 cars while surface parking lot provides 89 spaces for the commercial area. Over the month of November at the LIV Apartments work crews progressed on all aspects of the project.  Painting crews have nearly completed their work on the exterior of the West Building and have shifted efforts to the South Building.
