Our Capitol Hill Apartment project has been progressing through the wet season.  The construction team has been busy with the foundation forms now that shoring has been installed.  The reinforcing rebar can be seen protruding from the completed concrete footings.  The columns are due to be poured later this week, followed by the perimeter foundation walls. The column forms are assembled including rebar and awaiting the future concrete pour. Stay tuned for updates on our Capitol Hill Apartment project!...

2015 arrives at the job site of the LIV Apartments in Bellevue as crews work at a fevered pace on both the exterior and interior of phase one, and on the framing of the phase 2 East Building. Grouparchitect is working with Rudd Development to build a new 34 unit apartment complex in Capitol Hill near Capitol Hill Family Health Clinic.  The eclectic neighborhood is rich with low rise residential buildings; and the design of the Capitol Hill Apartments reflects the density, diversity and ambiance of the neighborhood. Construction began in September with the demolition of the existing building.  Customary with the developer’s traditions, a ground breaking ceremony accompanied the demolition.
