A building rich in history, this project has been broken up into phases.  We’ve completed the exterior work and have been updating the interior.  Some of the updates include improvements to the laundry room, renovating the main floor restroom and bringing new life to the portico room.  This interior remodel united adjacent dining and kitchen spaces while developing the home's existing traditional aesthetic decor. Design accents included new custom cabinets and a unified ceiling soffit connecting the dining and kitchen spaces. New lighting fixtures throughout were added to create a cohesive warm ambiance. Lake Forest Remodel

This rambler, located on a large secluded lot, became the focus of a number of updates to the existing infrastructure. The kitchen and family rooms were updated with modern finishes and the laundry room has been expanded to include dog washing amenities and extra storage. Grouparchitect was in need of a new refreshing remodel for the office. The goal was to maximize daylighting and take advantage of the existing views of Lake Union. Existing concrete and wood was sandblasted to become exposed and show the true character of the materials. This project was a custom remodel to an existing home in Clyde Hill.  The original home was a traditional brick house with a similar shingled, pitched roof.  The home’s interior and exterior was completely revamped.
