A remodel to a home on the east side of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood overlooking the Washington Park Arboretum. Improvements include updating and repairing the exterior with a new modern façade with durable materials over a rainscreen system, enclosing a covered porch, window and door replacements, a new kitchen and updated finishes and fixtures in the home’s bathrooms.
