Maximizing Value with Home in Tacoma: Unlock Hidden Potential for Your Clients

Home in Tacoma is in effect!  Since our last update, Home in Tacoma (HIT) was unanimously approved by the Tacoma City Council and the new zoning regulations went into effect on February 1, 2025.  The new zoning will allow for increased opportunities for diversity of building type, density and affordability in housing in the City of Tacoma.

HIT is already changing the way we think about buying, selling and developing properties in Tacoma and our own Brian Palidar is ready to give his insight into how real estate professionals can use these changes to open new possibilities for their clients.  Brian is offering a class through the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors (TPCAR) on Wednesday, May 21 titled, “Maximizing Value with Home in Tacoma: Unlock Hidden Potential for Your Clients.” In this class, open to TPCAR members and guests, Brian will offer real world examples of available properties for development in Tacoma.  Follow the link in the text to register and don’t miss it!
