Keasy.ai: Collaborate, Create, Celebrate

Keasy.ai is a startup company offering a property management platform oriented to all scales of multifamily properties and landlords. Brian Palidar with Grouparchitect was recently invited to attend a celebration party for the initial launch of their new app. Keasy was initially founded by Liat and Guy Arama, both ex-tech entrepreneurs as well as multifamily owners and landlords, who wanted to offer up to others the innovative property management tools they had developed for themselves to automate much of the process.

It was a very interesting and lively event that was well attended by a variety of landlords as well as design and construction industry professionals. Common conversations with other attendees revealed that there was a lot of excitement over Keasy and supporting existing properties, which lead to strategizing possibilities for expanding the scope of the next project to increase housing supply. Keasy reported that their current customers have saved over $500,000 over the last six months alone, which matched comments we heard from other attendees.

Keasy also had live beta demonstrations of the next round of online / application products to check out. We found their overall model and approach very appealing – they are very focused on being client-driven in an a-la-carte approach, delivering only the services a landlord needs upon request and using AI and other tech features to expedite the management process. From the landlords we spoke with at the event, the service was well received since many of them are investors with day jobs first and landlords second. Using a service like Keasy allows them to focus more on their other priorities and/or expand their investments and interests.

We will keep an eye out for what they do next. If you’re interested, you can learn more at www.keasy.ai.
