LIV Apartments – Aerial Photos – Jan.

January has been a productive month at the LIV Apartments in Bellevue.  Progress on the East Building has reached level 5 as framing crews continue to install wall panels and flooring.  Seen in the photo above, crews are framing a lowered roof deck amenity space that will soon be covered with green roof, concrete pavers, a dog run, planters, and trees.  This East Building will have one more level of apartments and amenity spaces before the roof trusses cap the building and the waterproofing can begin.

At phase 1, painters have taken advantage of warmer, drier weather and maximized the last month by covering a substantial portion of the courtyard area walls on both the North and South Buildings.  Landscape contractors are also busy installing wood and concrete planters in preparation for the podium ground cover and softscape on multiple levels.  The ongoing progress can be seen on the photo above, with the West Building lower roof being nearly covered with green roof and pavers.
