LIV Apartments – Construction Update – November
Over the month of November at the LIV Apartments work crews progressed on all aspects of the project. Painting crews have nearly completed their work on the exterior of the West Building and have shifted efforts to the South Building.
At the South Building, masons work at ground level laying brick masonry along the south façade, cladding crews install the weather barrier and cement board siding, and the painters follow behind.
Wall panel installation at the east building continues, and current progress has work efforts focused on installing the deck of level three.
A snapshot of a nearly completed unit balcony at the West Building shows the varied cladding styles and colors as the buildings final appearance is starting to be revealed.
At the pedestrian plaza on Level 3 the cantilevered canopy over the pedestrian elevator is installed and ready to be built out and finished to match the other buildings.
The grand double height space of the main lobby is taking shape as crews frame walls and add stairs to the interior amenity spaces above.
As most of the work on the exterior of the West Building nears completion, the landscapers have begun to install planters and paver on pedestal walking surfaces
Stay tuned as progress will continue on the East Building framing, the painting of the South and North Buildings, and continued interior work at all buildings.
