Phinney Ridge Completion

This project for Phinney Ridge Prefab was the first of the option series, a line of prefabricated modular homes, built in Seattle by Method Homes. This option home series was customized to meet the owner’s needs for a three bedroom plus den, three and a half bath home. Built on a tight urban lot, this home feature a rooftop desk that is provided to catch the territorial views of Green Lake and Mount Rainier.The interiors are clean and modern with simple art with an open floor plan.The kitchen is designed with Carbone cabinetry and Pental Quartz Island for central circulation, with a complimenting backsplash.
