Distillery Lofts Tenant Improvement

Seattle, WA Grouparchitect refreshed an existing office space in the Distillery Lofts Building in the Westlake neighborhood in order to become the next home for our design firm. Grouparchitect was commissioned to design the entry canopy to the existing leasing office to address the lack of attention to pedestrian weather protection along the street frontage. Chartwell School Addition
