This four unit townhouse complex is located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood near Seattle Pacific University and was completed in summer 2010. Modern interiors were combined with contemporary but economical exterior cladding materials to create a hybrid style of neighborhood architecture. Two units have a spacious attic loft with wetbar, while all units feature ground level open spaces and attached garages.
