Dravus Apartments

Seattle, WA The Dravus Apartments project is located in the Interbay area and will feature 36 market rate apartments in addition to over 2,500 sf of ground level retail uses.  Parking is contained on site. Magnolia Garage

Seattle, WA This new detached two car garage in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood was inspired by the adjacent brick Tudor single family home on the same lot. The homeowners desired a new garage and workshop space to replace a small deteriorating structure that was almost unusable.
