This new detached two car garage in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood was inspired by the adjacent brick Tudor single family home on the same lot. The homeowners desired a new garage and workshop space to replace a small deteriorating structure that was almost unusable. Details include plenty of natural light with windows on three sides, thin brick veneer and eave and gutter detailing to match the primary residence.
