The Ballard Redux is a multifamily renovation project located in the Ballard neighborhood in Seattle, Washington. This project started off as a rustic, 25-year old building with a dated stucco exterior and entry level-grade interior common areas. Phase 1 renovation work included new siding replacement with painted cement board and an updated color scheme, bringing a fresh new look to existing and perspective tenants while still being budget conscious. Phase 2 renovations focused on updates to the interior colors and finishes in a refreshed vibe for the common areas. New paint selections, carpet, and fixtures such as accent lighting turned the common spaces towards today’s market trends for apartment living. Phase 3 will include future upgrades to unit interior finishes.
