Originally conceived as a prefab project, this detached studio addition in the Seahurst neighborhood of Burien, Washington added some much needed interior space to a small existing home. The studio was built with a small bathroom and detached entry so that it could function both as a home office as well as overflow bedroom area for visiting family.
