Shoreline Option

Shoreline, WA

Located in Shoreline, Washington, This Option Series prefabricated modular home was customized to meet the practical needs of the client and site. A split-level shared entry created an internal shared, yet private, connection between the upper level prefab home and an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at the lower basement level. The ADU includes its own exterior access with a private below grade patio and window wells to allow natural day lighting. A large backyard deck allows a strong connection with the expansive backyard. Other features include a detached garage with a shed roof oriented to the south, allowing for solar roof panels. The resulting space is one that creates comfortable and private living conditions for both the main and ADU residence.
