The level 1 post tension slab poured and curing with materials to form the columns and next floor level staged for future use. The previous slab on grade (parking level 1) is now the support for the ramped portion of level 1. The LIV Apartments take the step to the next level as progress with concrete progresses. Slab on grades have been poured and work now begins on new levels. In order to hold the new levels a series of temporary scaffolds and cribbing will be used to support the weight of the concrete as it cures. Prior to ground covering the various trades have been working to install main lines for plumbing and electrical as the opportunities to do sub grade work get substantially more difficult and expensive after concrete slab on grade is poured and cured.
