LIV Apartments – Construction Update – October
There has been lots of recent progress on our LIV apartments project over the month of October located in Bellevue. You can see the West building towering over the beginning stages of the East building. This addition is the final component to this mix-use complex. Phase 2 is moving along swiftly, with concrete and elevated decks were completed in September and the wood level framing commencing in October.
If you have been following the progress of the project you can see similar construction methods. The wood paneling/pre-constructed stud walls are being hoisted by the bundle. Look for the East building’s framing to be largely complete near end of January.
