Photos of the recently completed Elford Remodel. A second story addition to a northwest Mid Century Modern home, originally designed by architect Theo Damm. The home is nestled in the Broadview neighborhood in northwest Seattle. The new scope of work includes an upper floor master suite addition and main floor remodel in order to expand upon the minimally-sized 1950's era kitchen and dining nook and other improvements such as updating the windows to current energy codes.
