One of Grouparchitect’s Option Series prefab homes was in the 2015 NW Green Home Tour. Our project was a prefab single family home located in Phinney Ridge. LIV Apartments – Construction Update Mid April 2015

The LIV Apartments is an ongoing multi-family project in Bellevue. This month the landscape components are starting to take form. The main plaza has corten steel planters lining the pedestrian path towards the main entry. Our Elford Remodel project has been a series of incremental exterior and interior renovations.  The most recent phase, a kitchen remodel, has recently been completed.  The house is located in the Broadview neighborhood in northwest Seattle with a beautiful view overlooking the Puget Sound.The breakfast nook allows views on all three sides while maximizing natural light.  The benches double as storage space with access from the top. Phinney Ridge Prefab – On Site Construction

The Phinney Ridge pre-fab home has seen a lot of changes over the past 2 months. Since our last update the rest of the fiber cement boards were placed on the front façade of the home.
