LIV Apartments – Construction Update – November

Over the month of November at the LIV Apartments work crews progressed on all aspects of the project.  Painting crews have nearly completed their work on the exterior of the West Building and have shifted efforts to the South Building. Grouparchitect is working with Rudd Development to build a new 34 unit apartment complex in Capitol Hill near Capitol Hill Family Health Clinic.  The eclectic neighborhood is rich with low rise residential buildings; and the design of the Capitol Hill Apartments reflects the density, diversity and ambiance of the neighborhood. The Phinney Ridge project is a single-family, prefab house. Since our last update we have seen a few changes regarding the site and house. The framework for the foundation was built and the concrete was poured. The site is prepared for the prefab house to be dropped in.
