The Mercantile is starting to take form. The footings were completed and the columns are being erected at the lower levels. The images illustrate the progress made over these past couple of weeks. The excavation process is complete on The Mercantile, a multifamily project located in Bothell. The construction teams have poured the footings and have erected the temporary shoring walls around the perimeter of the building. A building rich in history, this project has been broken up into phases. We’ve completed the exterior work and have been updating the interior. Some of the updates include improvements to the laundry room, renovating the main floor restroom and bringing new life to the portico room.
