Clyde Hill Remodel Completion

This project was a custom remodel to an existing home in Clyde Hill.  The original home was a traditional brick house with a similar shingled, pitched roof.  The home’s interior and exterior was completely revamped. A new courtyard and water feature adorn the remodeled vaulted entry and window wall.  The large cantilevering entrance provides coverage and a focal point. LIV-Construction Update-June

The LIV Apartments is almost ready to welcome new occupants this July!  The majority of the remaining project’s amenity spaces and landscaping have been completed, including the planters, pavement designs, roof decks, lounges, and many other features.The accent siding at the gateway entrance has been completed and landscaping is underway. The Architectural Record holds an annual napkin sketch contest for architects and designers around the world. This small contest exhibits the bridge between art and architecture. Our office partook in the contest this week and came up with a few illustrations with just a pen and 5x5 cocktail napkins. Northwest Green Home Tour 2015 Recap

One of Grouparchitect’s Option Series prefab homes was in the 2015 NW Green Home Tour. Our project was a prefab single family home located in Phinney Ridge. LIV Apartments – Construction Update Mid April 2015

The LIV Apartments is an ongoing multi-family project in Bellevue. This month the landscape components are starting to take form. The main plaza has corten steel planters lining the pedestrian path towards the main entry.
