The exterior shells of the North, South, East and West buildings were completed.  As you can see in the image above, the North Building’s building wrap is being applied against the sheathing.  It will soon look similar to the South Building, shown on the right, with the exterior finishes installed and painted. Capitol Hill Apartments – Construction Update – January

Our Capitol Hill Apartment project has been progressing through the wet season.  The construction team has been busy with the foundation forms now that shoring has been installed.  The reinforcing rebar can be seen protruding from the completed concrete footings.  The columns are due to be poured later this week, followed by the perimeter foundation walls.
