Our Capitol Hill Apartment project has been progressing through the wet season.  The construction team has been busy with the foundation forms now that shoring has been installed.  The reinforcing rebar can be seen protruding from the completed concrete footings.  The columns are due to be poured later this week, followed by the perimeter foundation walls. 2015 arrives at the job site of the LIV Apartments in Bellevue as crews work at a fevered pace on both the exterior and interior of phase one, and on the framing of the phase 2 East Building. Over the month of November at the LIV Apartments work crews progressed on all aspects of the project.  Painting crews have nearly completed their work on the exterior of the West Building and have shifted efforts to the South Building.
