One of Grouparchitect’s Option Series prefab homes was in the 2015 NW Green Home Tour. Our project was a prefab single family home located in Phinney Ridge. Elford Kitchen Remodel

Our Elford Remodel project has been a series of incremental exterior and interior renovations.  The most recent phase, a kitchen remodel, has recently been completed.  The house is located in the Broadview neighborhood in northwest Seattle with a beautiful view overlooking the Puget Sound.The breakfast nook allows views on all three sides while maximizing natural light.  The benches double as storage space with access from the top.
